LOCAL TRUST SUB

LOCAL TRUST SUB is a software package solution for managing government and local authority subsidies.

This application enables Ministries, government services, local authorities and public agencies to centralise their subsidies management, either across-the-board or in one specific business domain.

The objective of LOCAL TRUST SUB is to provide a breakthrough solution with regards to existing information systems for subsidy management, through :

• Integrating business management together with administrative and financial management
• Its scope of management: from the submission of a demand by the beneficiary via extranet through to payment of the balance and the management of related evaluations
• Its entirely web-based architecture which simplifies deployment and maintenance, and enables institutional partners to work in collaborative treatment of demands.
• Its use of XML technology which can be configured for each type of subsidies to allow complete freedom of definition of processed data, workflows and business and financial rules

Subsidy systems are extremely diverse and highly evolving according to the policy orientation and strategy of the public entity. LOCAL TRUST SUB was designed from scratch in order to offer a tailored response to this need for flexibility and upgradability of configuration.
