ATEXO is developing in Belgium through a strategic partnership with ORDIGES

In the frame of its international development, ATEXO has established a strategic partnership with ORDIGES to operate in the Belgium market.

The partnership is initially focused on the LOCAL TRUST SUB solution for subsidies management. This solution provides Belgian public organisations with a competitive advanced response to strong expectations.

ATEXO and ORDIGES have fully integrated the LOCAL TRUST SUB software to PIA-I, the Finance ERP developed by ORDIGES. The objective of the association is to provide Belgian public entities with a complete integrated solution to manage finances, procurement and subsidies.
The global solution is full web and includes extranet functionalities for the beneficiaries.

ATEXO and ORDIGES aim at serving the Belgian market leveraging on the competitive advance of the LOCAL TRUST SUB solution that currently runs approximately €600m of subsidies in France.

The solution ensures a complete management of subsidies throughout their lifecycle :

• Business related data from demand files, as well as administrative and financial management
• Full dematerialisation of the process, from the demand from the beneficiary on an extranet, to the last payment and the evaluation of subsidy programs
• Leveraging on advanced features of collaborative work internally to the public organisation or with external experts of partner institutions

The LOCAL TRUST SUB solution is configurable to customise the various subsidy programs in order to :

• Cover every business domain (culture, R&D, sport, business, school, university, social care, heath care, infrastructure, etc.)
• Target every type of beneficiary (companies, associations, individuals and other public entities)

ORDIGES is specialized in development and edition of financial and organizational software packages dedicated to Public Sector organizations. Its solutions cover: Spend Management / Purchase to Pay (management of the complete cycle of purchases & expenditure), and Financial ERP (Financial and Budget Management, public accounting system incl.
