LOCAL TRUST RSEM

The LOCAL TRUST RSEM module is an effective, modern solution for the back-office management of public procurement (upstream and downstream e-tendering) for government administrations and local authorities.

LOCAL TRUST RSEM makes the following tasks possible :

  • Contract preparation and award management :
    • Harmonisation of procurement management practices within the institution, whilst allowing for a certain degree of freedom within highly decentralised organisations
    • Ensuring the legality of procedures, specifically through integrated clause management and unique information capture: contract notices, tender rules, contract and appendixes, etc.
  • Improving the functionality of purchasing using e-Procurement tools: purchase requisitions, supplier management, contract monitoring, extranet suppliers, e-Invoicing
  • Provision of tools for project management and activity reporting: annual service activity, average processing times, analysis of infrastructural procedures, etc.
