LOCAL TRUST EDUC

Local authorities are responsible for educational institutions, such as nursery, elementary and high schools.

LOCAL TRUST EDUC utilises web technology to provide a global approach to the management of all aspects of educational institutions :

• Property management (access to land register, geolocation, inventory, works, etc.)
• Management of educational data (from different databases belonging to the Ministry of education or other responsible State agencies
• Management of human resources for technical works (ex.: cookers, cleaners, custodians, repairers, etc.) taking the form of an extranet shared with the educational institutions of the territory, particularly in order to manage absences and cover
• Management of subsidies granted to educational institutions (demand, processing and payment)
• Management of grants allocated for the benefit of young people from the institutions (extranet beneficiaries, processing and monitoring)
• Across-the-board electronic management of all documents and mail relating to the educational institutions
