LOCAL TRUST COURRIER

LOCAL TRUST COURRIER is a LOCAL TRUST module which manages incoming and outgoing mail.

The evolution of Government-Citizen Relationship Management has forced authorities to modernise their management of mail. LOCAL TRUST COURRIER is a software package solution which :

• Records incoming mail, coupled with an OCR digitisation system and relates it to external entities (citizens, associations, companies, other institutions), files or operations
• Manages the internal distribution of incoming mail for action, adivce or information
• Processes the workflow of redacting responses when required
• Enables collaborative preparation of outgoing mail
• If applicable, integrates with LOCAL TRUST PARAPH in order to manage the approval and signature process of outgoing mail (proof of signature, insertion of scanned signature or electronic signature)
• Monitors dispatches
