LOCAL TRUST ACTES

In 2006, ATEXO developed its LOCAL TRUST ACTES solution to meet the needs - on related matters - of local government institutions that were already ATEXO clients (notably LOCAL TRUST MPE).

Following on from development work on previous applications, ATEXO set about developing the LOCAL TRUST ACTES business application, maintaining its key software package development principles, namely :

• Exhaustively respecting regulatory requirements
• Making it easy for public agents to adapt to the tool
• Providing a tool that is integrated in the local government environment
• Having a tool with features validated by real clients

Drawing on its knowledge of the computer issues faced by large public institutions, ATEXO built its LOCAL TRUST ACTES solution within the scope of the LOCAL TRUST PAE (electronic government portal), thereby enabling communities to attain their short-term (outsourcing) and long-term objectives (capacity for retrieval, and partial or complete integration).

The LOCAL TRUST ACTES solution was certified by the Ministry of the Interior in early 2007 and is now fully operational both in outsourced and integrated modes.
